Brown Achieves Mixed Class Certification for All Facilities | Print |  E-mail
Saturday, June 06, 2009

As part of Brown Printing Company’s commitment to providing the most cost effective and efficient delivery of our customers’ products, we will now be providing mixed class co-manufacturing capabilities at all facilities.

Mixed class mailing offers Brown’s customers the flexibility to co-manufacture titles with other Brown customers, regardless of postal class.  This process allows for larger pools that achieve greater postage savings while maintaining the flexibilities and tight schedules of the inline binding process.

“Brown became highly involved in the USPS mixed class pilot program and we are pleased to hear that the program is now an official USPS offering,” said Pat Bayer, Brown’s Director of Brown Logistics Services, “This service compliments our variable trim and co-manufacturing technologies and provides customers even more distribution options and efficiencies.”
