Brown is dedicated to providing the most cost-effective and efficient service of co-mailing of your product. This dedication has led to a third co-mail line installation at the Brown/ALG co-mail facility in Bolingbrook, IL.
The Brown and ALG partnership has led to co-mail pool growth of over 65 percent. The new 30-pocket co-mailer will increase overall production capacity allowing for unrivaled flexibility and postal savings. In addition to the new line, Brown and ALG will be expanding their existing co-mail lines to 35 pockets. New specialized thin pocket feeders will accommodate book thicknesses down to 2 pages, further expanding the flexibility of the operation. “The addition of a third co-mail line and improvements to our existing equipment and processes demonstrate commitment to continual improvement and expansion of our industry leading co-mail platform,” said Monica Hundt, Brown’s Co-Mail Manager. Ramone, Brown has come up with a very strategic and efficient way to feed multiple book versions from the same pocket. In some cases we have been able to accommodate as many as 43 versions into just 4 pockets on our co-mail line. Please contact us (contact.us@bpc.com) for more information.
