Rich Eldh joined Brighton Park Capital as a Senior Advisor in April of 2019. Rich is co-founder and former co-CEO of SiriusDecisions, Inc. and presently serves as Co-Founder Emeritus. SiriusDecisions was sold to Forrester Research, a public company in January of 2019.

Rich has over 35 years of experience in executive, sales, marketing , and product positions. Focused predominately on subscription high-growth revenue models. He has worked across multiple industries and at hundreds of companies including American Express, JP Morgan Chase, Adobe, HP, Eloqua, Tableau, Marketo, JP Morgan Chase, and Cisco, providing advice on strategy, operations, sales, and marketing. Prior to operating SiriusDecisions Rich spent 14 years at Gartner Group. His last position as EVP and officer where his responsibilities included worldwide top line revenue responsibility. Rich has extensive experience with corporate acquisitions and international operations in Europe, Asia and South America. Earlier in his career Rich held sales and marketing positions at Four-Phase Systems- Motorola and Hewlett-Packard. He was an initial investor of Sport Club, a mail-order catalog business, and investor and operator of North American Plastic, a supplier to mass market retail industry; both grew to profitability and were sold.

He has served as an advisor and board member to many privately held companies. Rich presently serves as an advisor to ConnectUS, a charitable organization which improves the quality of outcomes for young people living in communities of concentrated poverty. Rich has a BS in finance from the University of Connecticut.
