Blair Christie joined Brighton Park Capital as a Senior Advisor in November 2025. Blair spent 17 years at Cisco, culminating as Chief Marketing Officer, where she drove the strongest growth in brand value in the company's history. She led Cisco’s entire marketing portfolio, including government affairs, technology policy, corporate communications, and investor relations. Key achievements include spearheading the launch and design of an award-winning brand campaign, revamping digital and marketing automation strategies, and delivering over $3 billion in annual bookings. She also served as an executive sponsor for numerous acquisitions and strategic business initiatives.
In 2021, Blair founded and served as CEO of Denim, a mobile SaaS productivity solution for frontline workforces. During her tenure, she successfully raised two seed-funding rounds, architected and deployed the enterprise solution into multiple customer environments, and led the company to a successful acquisition by Paradox in Q4 2024.
Blair is a proven entrepreneur, operator, and independent board director known for scaling businesses from startup to global enterprise, building high-performing teams, and delivering significant revenue and brand growth. She possesses deep expertise in corporate strategy, AI governance and business adoption, brand development, and operational excellence for both public and private companies.
For over a decade, Blair has served as an independent board director for companies in the SaaS, Cybersecurity, Healthcare, and IT industries. She has extensive experience leading Compensation, Governance, and Audit committees, offering seasoned oversight in corporate strategy and leadership.
Blair is passionate about sustainable career development for women and addressing food insecurity, serving in leadership roles for multiple profit and non-profit organizations in these areas. She is a fellow of the 2015 class of the Aspen Institute's Henry Crown Fellowship program and holds a B.S. and an MBA from Drexel University, where she is currently a member of the Board of Trustees.
