Brian Robins joined Brighton Park Capital as a Senior Advisor in July of 2019. Mr. Robins has led and advised multibillion dollar technology companies through complex restructurings, hyper growth, IPO readiness/listings, and capital markets transactions.
Mr. Robins is the Chief Financial Officer at Snowflake (NYSE: SNOW), a global leader in cloud data platforms that enables organizations to mobilize their data. At Snowflake, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, including accounting, tax, treasury, corporate finance, IT, data science, and investor relations.
Previously, Mr. Robins served as CFO at GitLab, where he led the company through its IPO, as well as at Sisense, Cylance (acquired by BlackBerry), AlienVault (acquired by AT&T), and Verisign (NASDAQ: VRSN). As a 20-plus year veteran leading both private and public high-growth software companies, he has a documented track record of improving financial performance, increasing go-to-market productivity, and creating shareholder value. He has led two successful IPOs (NASDAQ and NYSE) and numerous M&A transactions.
Mr. Robins received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lipscomb University and a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.
