I am the Chief Executive Officer at Arctera and was responsible for designing and realizing Arctera through its separation from Veritas Technologies. I believe passionately in a customer-first, people-centric approach to leadership as the key to driving innovation.
I was previously Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President of Products for Veritas, where I was responsible for both the corporate and product strategy as well as product management. I devised and delivered our cloud-transformation initiative, which included the launch of the Veritas Alta cloud product portfolio, a pivot to cybersecurity, and the development of technology partnerships with key industry leaders. This strategy led to the Veritas Enterprise Data Protection business outperforming the market in ARR growth.
I've held leadership roles previously at McKinsey & Company, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Accenture as well as several enterprise software startups.
