Lis Thomas is a Principal at Brighton Park Capital. Prior to joining BPC in July of 2023, Lis spent over ten years in Investment Banking at JP Morgan, most recently as a Managing Director based in New York. She advised technology clients across a wide range of sub-sectors, including digital transformation, outsourcing, data and analytics, consulting, cybersecurity, education technology, and HR services. Lis has extensive experience leading M&A and capital markets transactions, including equity private placements, initial public offerings, and debt financings for large cap public companies as well as privately owned and bootstrapped businesses.
Prior to Investment Banking, Lis held various corporate strategy roles within JP Morgan Chase &Co supporting the firm’s growth, efficiency and risk management practices across IT and operations, globally, including a stint in Mumbai, India helping to scale the firm’s captive IT organization.
Lis received her MBA from Columbia Business School and her BA in Commerce, Organization, and Entrepreneurship from Brown University in Rhode Island.
