Sam Nadler

Sam Nadler is the Associate General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Brighton Park Capital. Sam’s primary responsibilities include leading the Firm’s legal and compliance functions and providing strategic counsel across the investment lifecycle. Prior to joining BPC, Sam was a Corporate Associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. At Wachtell Lipton, Sam advised public and private companies, private equity firms, and boards of directors across a broad range of transactions and industries. Sam joined Wachtell Lipton following a judicial clerkship with Vice Chancellor Sam Glasscock III on the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Sam received a B.A., magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar and Submissions Editor of the Columbia Business Law Review.
