
Shuja Keen is a Founding Partner of NYA Labs - building and operating AI-native solutions to accelerate AI adoption in enterprises in a safe, compliant and ethical way.
Shuja was part of the founding team of The Resource Group - an investment holding company focused on technology enabled services. His primary responsibility at the firm was to drive value by improving the operational effectiveness of TRG’s portfolio companies, and leading fundraising, growth, and liquidity initiatives.
Shuja served on the Board Director of ibex (NASDAQ: IBEX) for 18 years, a leading provider of technology-enabled end-to-end customer engagement solution provider. He was the Chair of the Transaction Committee, Member of the ESG Committee, Member of the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee, and Member of the Compensation Committee. He continues to sit on the AI committee.
He is an investor of Afiniti, a leading provider of customer experience (CX) artificial intelligence (AI).
Shuja is a founding partners of Mentors Fund and Co-Chairs the Investment Committee. Mentors Fund invests in and mentors capital efficient startups looking to transform traditional industries. Mentors Fund has invested in over 100 companies across multiple categories including Maven AGI, RealWear, Akido Labs, Attestiv, Trash Warrior, Finhabits, Roo, Aiden, Zadar Labs. He is also a founding partner at Seven Eight Six 7️⃣8️⃣6️⃣, a venture firm that backs early stage founders and 100% profits fund STEM scholarships for women and minorities.
Shuja is the Founder & Chair of the annual MIT Al Conference (now in it’s 7th year).
Shuja graduated with a S.B. degree from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with concentrations in finance, information technology, and operations research and a minor in economics. He is an active beekeeper and has over 500,000 bees.
