As the portfolio companies we invest in expect to grow significantly, Brighton Park seeks to work closely with founders and CEOs to identify and attract top talent in the industry. We recognize the human capital needs of a portfolio company change dramatically as a result of growth, and the talent bank we maintain aims to bring the best, most relevant resources to our portfolio companies.

We work closely with our portfolio companies to provide thoughtful analysis and perspective across a wide range of opportunities.
Sales and Marketing
We work closely with each of our portfolio companies to evaluate the right size, type and operational cadences of the selling organization. For many high-growth companies, assessing the proper organizational construct for going to market, optimizing around winning and assuring customer success is a critical issue. We aim to help companies maximize the return on their investments in the sales and marketing functions.
Business Development
We recognize that often times our portfolio companies need access to the C-suite of large and mid-size companies to sell their product or service. Through our Investment Team and Senior Advisory Group*, we maintain a deep network into many of the largest buyers and users of enterprise technologies. We actively cultivate these enterprise relationships and seek to connect these buyers and users with portfolio companies that provide innovative products and services.

For many of the portfolio companies we invest in, Brighton Park seeks to become a critical part of the corporate development team. As a firm, we have deep expertise and passion for business process. We seek to work with our portfolio companies to take advantage of the efficiencies that can be created as a company scales through the optimization and technology enablement of even the most complex processes. We have significant expertise in machine learning and the automation of processes that we seek to use to create tremendous financial benefit for our portfolio companies.
