Rik Patel is a Principal at Brighton Park Capital, where he has led several investments for the firm including Impartner and MathCo. Prior to joining BPC in 2021, Rik was an Associate at TCV (Technology Crossover Ventures), a Menlo Park-based growth equity firm focused on investment opportunities in the software and information services sectors. While at TCV, Rik sourced, executed, and managed TCV’s investments in CCC Intelligent Solutions, Avetta, Xero, Toast, & Siteminder. Prior to TCV, Rik spent several years at Jefferies in its Technology Investment Banking group focused on software M&A in San Francisco.
Rik received an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated with honors from the University of California, Davis where he received a B.A. in Economics and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
