Brighton Park’s Erica Blob Named to GrowthCap’s Top Women Leaders in Growth Investing

We are thrilled to share that Erica Blob, Partner and Head of Investor Relations, has been named by GrowthCap as one of the Top Women Leaders in Growth Investing of 2023. Under Erica’s leadership, Brighton Park successfully completed two fundraises, totaling $2.8 billion in capital commitments. Erica serves as a member of both the firm’s Investment Committee and Portfolio Committee, where she plays an important role in the decision-making process over new investment opportunities and oversees the performance and operations of the firm’s portfolio companies. Erica has demonstrated exceptional versatility and has been an invaluable member of the firm since joining in 2019, actively fostering an inclusive environment where innovative ideas and collaboration are encouraged.
