In this episode, we welcome back Mike Gregoire, co-founder of Brighton Park Capital. Before launching BPC, Mike served as Chairman and CEO of CA Technologies beginning in 2013. Prior to that, he led Taleo Corporation as Chairman and CEO, taking the company public and ultimately overseeing its successful acquisition by Oracle in 2012. With over 25 years of leadership experience in software and technology, Mike shares his perspective on guiding companies through periods of disruption—drawing on lessons learned during his time leading companies through the global financial crisis, the COVID-19 pandemic, and through today’s evolving macro environment.
